Deal At Once — Poor Customer Support

I've been charged Rs 13K without my knowledge and issued few coupons along with useless TAB. whereas teh tab is in damaged condition and when i called to customer support, there is no response. Moreover, Mr. Devaraj (Customer Support Officer) is behaving aragant and not responding for my queriers to redemm that vouchers. Is this the your company support customer.. Much disappointed Thanks!
