Hi,
I have purchased the subjected product on 1st September 2020 from dealkartindia.com, I have paid Rs.1289/- (check photos I have attached) and as per product description they should be sending license key to activate office 365 account, although I have contacted dealkartindia.com before purchasing to clear that what will I get after purchase and they said over email, that whatever written is in the description, I will get the same. So, I purchased and paid them via Paytem QR code.

After purchase I was surprised to see that they have sent another Microsoft email id not the license key as per their product description. The Microsoft email-id they sent to active office applications and OneDrive cloud storage was actually a part of Microsoft E5 Developer account which comes free of cost for 90 days and should not be sold like this.
Using the given email-id is also not safe as it belongs to an Admin account whoever have created the same, in my case dealkartindia.com said they are the Admin of that email account they are selling over their website and they have all the right to see any document uploaded on OneDrive or even opened using Word, Excel or any office application which will be activated suing their sold email-id.
When I contacted them with my concern they did not accepted that they are doing fraud and selling wrongly obtained Microsoft email-ids, I have asked for refund they refused, then I started to complain on random consumer complaint portal or even with Microsoft (MS didn't responded and asking me to connect with my account Admin, which is dealkartindia.com in my case, so no use of that). Dealkartindia got to know that I have complained about them then they sent me email that we will block your account, take your complaint back. When I said that refund my money first then they said we are deleting your account and they did.
Now my concern of safety was proved that they can do anything with the email-ids they are selling over dealkartindia.com. I am attaching snapshots of the invoice, order placing process and emais with dealkartindia.com. Kindly help me to get my refund and if they wont give refund at least people should be aware about such fraud and save their money.
