I saw an advertisement for online shopping on YouTube. I ordered 9 items on 25.10.2021 worth Rs.2898.08 including additional payment of Rs.99 for 24 hours delivery. After order, a mail has been sent by respective website i.e. dealoflove.in in which order related all the information is mentioned.
Since even after 24 hours, I have neither received any order nor can contact with the concerned website, due to which the said website appears to be fraud, so it is requested that I get the amount paid by me back.
