I received a call (+91 [protected]) from this online website name dealzhub.in and the person who called me was some tushar sharma and he told to me that based on my online shopping points i have been selected as one of the 10 lucky winners who will be felicitated on 30th september in lucknow in front of media as a promotional event for dealzhub so i ageed and afterall they told me to buy some products worth of ₹2199 after that i could enter the contest of lucky draw so afterall i agreed that also. And they told me that u will get some scratch coupon and that you have to scratch and whatever the code you receive in the scratch give it to us we will give you the product but after doing the payment i fortunately read about complaint for this website, others were also cheated by this company.
He told me you will be receiving the product as well a scratch card in 4 days after the payment. I did the payment on 16th may and when i call them they reply that we will provide you tracking id today from last 4 days.
After receiving product which is of low quality not more than rs.500 and after that they asking for more rs.20000 money to pay for i m selected in contest for number prize after hearig this i totally deniy for this amount. On scrath card i recomend him a smart phone which is also not provided by them this is also fraud cometment from them.
When i ask them to refund my money he told me that he can not refund money.
So i m requesting u to take some strict actions on this website and person who are involved in this fraud business.
Please help me in getting my refund back.
