-I ordered fastrack watch from dealsamazon website online. For this item there is a offer of 598RS. I got watch on 02.02.2017 at 6.0PM but it is not in working condition.
-My order No. is [protected]. I got this from shipment with AWB no.[protected].
-Shipping address is Mahadevapura, Near nidhi bakery Bangalore-560048.
-In that dealsamazon website there is a option for Return policy. As per instruction in the return policy, if we want to return the product we have to mail problem to [protected]@dealsamzon.com & i mailed but not get any reply from that company. and there is one no. for contact no.[protected]. when i called this no. it always saying busy.
-I need my money back. sir please help me.
