I placed an order for a new yu yurekha black mobile phone using my husband's debit card on a website called dealsmarket.in. The payment gateway the site used was payu. On the day i was expecting the product to be delivered, i received a letter from deals market thanking me for my order and informing me that the order would be delivered in 2 working days. This letter was dated 15th june, 2016. The letter seemed strange to me and i emailed them about it. They emailed me back saying product will be delivered by 20th june, 2017 between 1-4pm. However the product never came. On 21st june when i accessed their website, the website was down and only had a message saying "sorry for the inconvenience. We are facing a rush. All orders are delayed by 15-20 days. If you want a refund email us and all refunds will be processed by 31st june, 2017. When i call their customer care number which is [protected] it just says"all representatives are busy".
I emailed them for a cancellation and refund to [protected]@dealsmarket.in but no response has been received.
I believe i have been a victim of fraud and need your help and getting my money back. I am providing details as below:
