I ordered a fastrack watch order i'd 2733896 from your website. But, after receiving the product i found the product is used and it is in very bad condition. Even, i ordered the red coloured fastrack watch but, u people sent me a blue used fastrack watch.
I am very disappointed with this as it was my first order. Hence, i want to return the product and i want my money back.

Please help!

Even i have ordered a watch 6091SL01 PINK color watch but they have delivered a black color fake watch which is not fasttrack brand, and after logging in the site there is no return policy in that site
