Dear sir / madam,
With reference to the captioned subject, it is to inform you that, i have purchased the below mentioned goods having order no. [protected] dated 16.08.2017, which has delivered to me on 25.08.2017.
1. One number of 25000 mah power bank and
2. One number of i next head phone.
The item mentioned in serial no.1 above (25000 mah power bank) is not working properly. Its battery is being exhausted within 5 minutes, after full charging of said power bank and its led light is not working.
Therefore, i request you to please make neccessary arrangement for returning of my above said purchased goods and refund amount of rs 998 at the earliest.
