1) initially i paid 1500 for registration and they said its refundable.
2) i paid 1499 towards agreement form
3) they asked me again to pay 3240 for some noc form.
4) i did a day delay and paid the said amount, they said that i did it to the wrong account and gave me a new account number and said to pay to this account.
5) i paid to the new account as said by them.
6) again they asked me to pay 3987 for some # processing and said its refundable.
7) again they asked me to pay 4250.65 in the name of file updation payment. I paid 4250 and didn't pay 65 paise, they didn't do my payment of 21942.65 itself.
8) i said to them to refund my amount and will pay 4250.65 as mentioned... They are refusing to do it and said my file will be closed.
These people are total fraudsters, the company doesn't have a ssl certificate and the noc paper signed is by some advocate named ajay vardhan from delhi high court, as per my investigation none of my business friends in delhi were able to trace this advocate. There are no customer reviews for this company, they delete all the negative reviews. They have a set of presaved mails which they send to customers. The bank they have tied up is with ratnakar bank, the ifsc code of bank states that it is from delhi branch, if the company address is from bangalore then why do they have to have a bank from delhi?
Coming to the agreement part, the first party that is the company has not mentioned it's address in the front page and no where in the agreement is mentioned that we have to pay the additional amount of 3240 and 3987 and 4250.65.
I know i did a mistake of paying this amount but it confirms that this is a fraud company.
Never ever apply for this company and we need to create awareness among people, spread the message in all the web security pages and in those websites where we can write reviews for such.
