Dear Team,
The ASUS Vivobook Model No. K3500PC was purchased from Infotech System & Service, Medinipur, West Bengal, India on 12/09/2022 against Rs. 1.02.700.00 Vide Invoce number - ISS/22-23/04430. It was working well except the sound quality due to speakers at back side even though having Harman/Kardon speakers.
From July 25 onwards it has started creating problem due to battery life, getting discharged within 10 minutes after 100% charging and till then I am trying to get the batter for replacement from your authorised service center. Now it has stopped working with battery and working only on direct power.
The original battery number is C31N2019-1 but waht the service center is providing is C31N2019 and 1stly the laptop started working extremely slow with the new battery and secondly 4 mountings are not matching out of 6.
What the service center at Khargpur ( West Bengal, India ) is saying that the original bettry is not available.
I have paid in advance to get the specified battery but after a month trial thay failed to get the specified battery from ASUS India.
Either ASUS india need to replace the :Laptop or to provide the specified battery with proper LAPTOP speed.
