Almost a month has passed—today is November 11th—and the work is still not yet started This experience has been very frustrating, and the company has shown no professionalism or respect for my time. I paid a ₹5, 000 booking fee andNo painting or polishing work has started.
I have made many calls and sent many messages, but they rarely respond. When I do reach someone, they just give excuses like 'no workers available' or 'machine problems.' They keep promising the work will start soon, but nothing happens. They even changed their stance on the original quote, saying it’s no longer valid. One representative even lied about resigning from the company, only to later promise he would send a supervisor who would start the work the next day, which did not happen either.
