I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 17-Dec-2023 at Sakkardara Market, where my two-wheeler was towed by Vipl Decofurn Consortium.
Upon retrieval of my vehicle, I was informed that the reason for towing was a parking violation, and I was compelled to pay a challan of Rs 760. However, I would like to bring to your attention that there were no visible signboards indicating a no-parking zone in the market where my two-wheeler was parked.

Request:
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to determine the legitimacy of the towing and challan issuance.
If the towing was unjustified, I request a refund of the paid challan amount.
