Deconstruct — Order Not Delivered Even After Multiple Complaints Order ID #350737

I placed an order with Deconstruct (Order ID: #350737) which was scheduled to be delivered on 7th April 2025. However, today is 13th April, and I have still not received my order.

I raised a complaint on 8th April, and again followed up on 10th April. Both times, I was assured that the issue was escalated and the order would be delivered within 24–48 working hours. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received my order nor any proper update from the company.

This delay has caused inconvenience and shows poor customer service. I am attaching the chat screenshots as proof of communication.

Relief Sought: I request the immediate delivery of my order or a full refund. If the issue is not resolved within 3 working days, I will consider further legal action under the Consumer Protection Act.
