Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Research Center — PMC scheme payment issue

I have done my mother's PET - SCAN today on 7th Dec 2022. I have submitted my documents of PMC scheme of Shahari Garib Yojana of 100% free medical service but I have paid Rs. 5000/- as deposit to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and when I have ask for the refund for the same amount they told me to collect the amount after 4- 5 months as you have said that once we get the amount from PMC then they will refund me.

I dont understand why will it take so much time when I have submitted all my original document to them. Kindly look into the issue and provide me a solution for the same.
