Deepak Hospital Ludhiana — playing with patient's life

My brother was admitted there on[protected] due vomit and headache complaints.
He was being treated by dr. Dinesh gupta (Gastriologist). On[protected] evening i noticed that his voice is not clear, words are collapsing and he was not able to hold water in his mouth while drinking. I immediately called nurse over there. She said it might be because of sliplines. But on pressuring she called doctor over there and said that dr. Dinesh gupta is out of station now and wait till his morning visit. I called my father and brother's friends to make them aware of what's going on. Then after pressurised by all o[censored]s m. R. I. Was conducted. A serious infection (Next day detection of t. B.in brain by neurologist) was discovered in brain. But after all this instead of consulting neurologist hospital staff shifted my brother to i. C. U. They were neither referring or discharged. Even the neurologist was not available till 11 a. M.in the next morning i. E.[protected] i. E. Approx 15 hours of detection of something wrong with him. Finally after being asked again and again they discharged him on 12p. M. He became completely unconscious. And was immediately admitted to d. M. C. Hospital emergency where he stayed unconscious for around i. E.in state of lost senses due to delay in treatment for a long period of around 14 hours. The doctors said that we could have lost him if any more delay was done. But by god's grace he is conscious by[protected] morning.
Now please do the needful action against the deepak hospital ludhiana staff that if they were not able to consult neurologist for a long critical time for 15 hours and how could they put person life in danger???
