I am a senior citizen suffering from cancer, heart disease, bp and diabetes from past several months, presently living in moradabad.
Our flat no ec 393 maya enclave thana hari nagar is locked since 1year, the owner of 1st floor flat no ec 395 maya enclave had done illegal construction forcibly entering my locked premises without my permission and constructing illegal construction without my consent&damaged my flat they are taking advantage of my sickness. Kindly take action against them i had already filed a complaint in mcdbut till now no action had been taken by them, i had also lodged a complaint on 100 no but of no use.
