Deepak Patil — service issues with vw polo at kurla service station

Mh03bh0586 car submitted at kurla service station dt. 1/11/2017 for denting painting work near to left side of front tire. After 3 days during delivery time they are asking to replace right side bulcket lock carrier as they found dent. Even mr. Sampat salvi (Body shop manager) was not inform me about the damage of the part after inspection. When i called up them on dilivery date, they are asking me to replace bulcket lock carrier and it will charge rs.14000 extra.
Same type of fraud they have done before. After regular servicing of car at kurla service station "engine check" error displayed on front display pannel. And service people are not agreed for the same. And asking rs.17000 more to repair. For the same fault i consult with wadala service station they told me to replace turbo charger more than 60000.

I had very very very bad experience with kurla service station. Kindly look into matter.
