Updated by Ginni Bhola I placed an order for two Rakhi hampers and made the full payment to the business. However, it has been over a week, and I have not received any update about my order.
I have tried contacting them multiple times through calls and messages, but they are not responding at all. They have received my payment but are now not replying or providing any information about the order.
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding this matter and request assistance in getting either my order or a full refund.
