Sir, on September 7, I took basic plan for renting a property and paid Rs 3658. then one property at belapur was finalised on 16th September. Immediately they asked for Rs 5000/- as token money. Now since then no proper response to my query. Property manager said she is from outside, regarding bombay property she had no clue. I raised my query seeking some information regarding the flat which is still unrresolved. And further, legal team was not coming forward for the approval of draft agreement. Now owner and myself wanted to start the agreement from October 1, 2023. The inefficiency of property manager Vaishnavi Murugude, Sunita Naik from the legal team are unable to give quick service.. Last 2 days I waited. As the days are running short on receipt of owner's discontinuation of rental agreement services, I was compelled to close the matter.
There Rs 5000/- taken as token money may be returned to me at the earliest.
