I went to Dehlivery courier service near me (Katihar) and ask specifically if I can send fruits from Katihar to Ajmer. They said yes. They said book a express one as it will get deliver in 4 days. I booked the express service and pick up was done on 12th June 2026, expected delivery date was 17th June 2026. I was checking the progress in the Dehlivery app, I tried reaching out to customer service as I was seeing good not moving.
There is really no way to directly reach out to them, no customer service. Then finally I was connected to one of the representative from their customer care and she ensured me that the parcel would reach by 18th June. After 2 days, on 17th when I saw no movement I put a email to that customer representative but no response.
The package contained fruits and I clearly mentioned this. I paid extra for express service but still I haven't received my parcel. It is 23rd June 2026 and it is showing it will take few more days. What will I do with the rotten fruits? I want the company to me full refund amount of the service they charged plus compensation for the rotten fruits. Was this information helpful? |
