Delehivery — Complaint Regarding Incorrect Delivery and Delay of Consignment

Dear Delhivery Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Delhivery regarding my consignment.

I booked a consignment{AWB#[protected]} from Bhopal to Ghaziabad on June 9, 2024, weighing approximately 3 kg. However, I faced several issues throughout the delivery process:

Delay and Misplacement: The consignment was not delivered to the correct address and was instead held in Kanpur for 15 days without any prior notice or information provided to me.

Lack of Communication: Despite my attempts to contact the support team for updates, I received minimal assistance. Every time I inquired about the status of my consignment, I was simply told that it would be delivered the next day, without any concrete information or follow-up.

Incorrect Delivery: Finally, on June 29, 2024, when the delivery person arrived, they handed over a parcel that was not mine. The delivered parcel weighed only 160 gm, whereas my consignment was supposed to be 3 kg.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient for me. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take the necessary steps to rectify the situation:

I would like my original consignment delivered to me at the earliest possible time.
Alternatively, if my consignment cannot be located or delivered promptly, I request a refund equivalent to the value of the items sent.
Attached to this email are copies of the booking receipt and any other relevant documents that may assist in resolving this issue swiftly.
