Delhi Airport Pre-paid Taxi — Double payment charged on single service- dt of travel-25th July.24

1) Date of incident-25th july.24, time - 09:30 pm aprx

3) Amount paid - Rs 1250 (paid twice from my 2 axis bank cards on different EDC machines - ( Prepaid & Joint commission name is showing)
4) Issue description- on 25th July, i have asked for a Delhi airport prepaid service-T3 from airport to indirapuram at 9:30pm for that i made payment of rs 1250/- through my 1st card ending with X3892 but due to network issue your machine had responded as failed transaction without transaction slip (even i had asked for my proof but that person on booth declined that its a failed so no slip would be there) but my payment got deducted and i shown him the confirmation msg and email of deduction amount but he was persist and told me that you will get the reversal payment. That person was not so keen in taking the payment through card payment but i insisted him since i was not carrying cash and asked him to take the payment of rs 1250/-through 2nd card (card ended X7965) and he took the payment at 09:33 pm through different card machine and on that payment he gave me the bill copy also(attached) .

my bank has raised the charge back with the merchant(Delhi airport pre-paid service-T3) has declined my request of refunding the payment, bank is also not supporting me with this. kindly look into this issue as it was a dual payment which was successful on a single service . i am attaching all the relevant documents along with the bill copy and mail confirmation of both card transactions. its been 2 months and since 2 months my bank is chasing them but they are declining my request.
