Based on the high review from justdail.com 4.8 review out of 288 rating i trusted them blindly and gave my bike to transfer from delhi to patna on 27th of december 2019 and made the full payment upfront .They promised me to deliver the bike in 3-4 days . They called me and asked for an unecessary insurance worth Rs 3000/- . i obviously denied . Its been 13 days i did not get my bike yet . They are not even answering my calls properly . very rude behaviour they possess upon asking about the bike . Today on[protected] i somehow managed to talk to miss suraksha chaudhary . she asked me to be on hold and promised me to share the current location of the truck . she cut the phone in between and switch it off and have not replied my calls since then . Then some how i called mr dinesh who took my bike in delhi . He told me that the truck was stuck in a thana near marhura (chaata) for liquor dealing and after begging he provided me lorry no HR 55 P7031 . i dont know i will be able to see my bike again or not . please dont trust any one on reviews as i did and i regret it . it was a brand new bike . you will find the reciept below .
