Delhi Infratech Limited — Money taken for flat and not returning after cancellation

I have booked a flat with Delhi Infratech Limited in 2016. After waiting for 3 years I found that the flat is not going to be built up soon. So I have canceled the flat and asked them to return my money(which is as per the clause in the MOU with DIL). However, after cancellation, they are not returning my money back. They are just delaying the date to 1 month 2 months. Now it's been more than a year I have asked for refunding my amount and still I am waiting.

I am attaching all the documents related to the property and the payment receipts.

Total amount given:- 6, 11, 430

As per the MOU page no 6 - I should get an amount of 2, 67, 000 additional to the given amount. So the total amount which Delhi Gate has to give me is:

6, 11, 430 + 2, 67, 000 = 8, 78, 430

I have all the payment receipts and MOU copy attached to this mail. I have the bank statement for my account as well which shows the amount deducted from my account through checque.
