I, vipin singh rawat s/o lt. Shri balbir singh rawat r/o rz-d-ii-62, gali no-3, mahavir enclave, new delhi -110045 having k. No-[protected] have paid development fees to delhi jal board. I have allowed mr. Prashant baliyan residing in the same building below my floor to use my development fees counterslip to apply for new water connection in his name. It was made after my mutual consent to use it. But further i don't want him to use development fees paid by me.
Kindly ask mr. Prashant baliyan to pay development fees of his own connection and don't adjust it with my connection.
