Act of Collusiveness between office of the officers bearer of registrar cooperative societies GNCT and Thrift Credit societies. Delhi govt. is failed to take any action against many malpractuces taking place is such cooperative socities. For e.g. a cooperative society "Delhi State Taxi Operator's Co-op. Thrift Credit and Service Society Ltd. Reg. No. 1498. C-19, Ganesh Nagar Complex, Pandav Nagar, Delhi -92. i am a member of this society membership no. 1832. This society is charging unreasonable rate of interest from its members being a cooperative society it cant charge more than 12% rate of interest but we want to report more than 300 cases where the rate of interst charged is more than the principal amount. Such cases are nowhere mentioned in Audit Reports of the society. We req. your quick intervention in stoping the elction process taking place on 4th Oct, 2015 to disqualify this society
