Delhi Transit Services — Conductor have no sense of talking

When today i was travelling at bus no DL 1PD 5123 FROM keshav nagar to isbt and i ask for ticket to bus conductor i said me to pay change but i had no change so how do i can pay that why he put me out from the bus and while the others was looking me i felt a much ashmed.
