[Resolved] Delhi University Transcript Money Deducted — Money for TRANSCRIPT deducted from account to DU certificate but no acknowledment generated

Hi,
I paid through gpay (ref no[protected] on 12'Oct 2022 and shows successful and also received mail form paytm that "your payment to DU Certificate was successful" with order id 50046755.
But when I login to download Acknowledgment receipt, It takes me to "fee payment" . Kindly look into the issue and respons ASAP.
Also attaching two photos showing payment success.

Complaint marked as Resolved
If you have successfully paid the fees.
Go to your application and then go for fee payment. When you will click pay fee.
It will generate your acknowledgement.

Updated by Gurneetsi084 I checked today as well. It is still showing form partially filled.
Not able to see acknowledgement receipt anywhere.

First of all, if you have paid the fee.
Don't worry it has been successfully reached to DU certificate.
Now when you will login again, go to your application, then go for fee payment and click it. Your Acknowledgement will be generated.
