Website: delviaholidaysinternational.com
I registered with delvia as member on promise of stay in leela palace and also no extra cost for my 14 year old kid to stay along with us. Now when i asked for it they are saying these options are not there and i need to pay extra for my son who is above 6 years . i registerd with them on these conditions, but now they completely deny it . i paid 2.5 lakhs for memebrship and now requested for cancelation but they are now saying they cannot cancel on this reason. i dont know how to proceed now as i have no trust in them to continue this membership.

Hi,
I came across your complaint regarding Delvia / Deliva Holidays International. I wanted to let you know that I also purchased a holiday membership from them and have faced a very similar issue.
In my case, the membership was sold after several assurances were made during the sales process. However, after payment, the actual offering and refund response did not match what I had been promised. I have now reached the point where I believe this was not merely a misunderstanding, but a serious case of misrepresentation and unfair trade practice.
I am not comfortable sharing my personal details publicly here, but I am actively pursuing legal remedies through consumer protection channels. If you are open to it, please reply to this comment or share a way to connect privately. I believe affected customers should come together, compare documentation, and file a coordinated complaint or consumer case against the company.
This is not about making random allegations online. It is about consumers who have paid significant money, preserved their invoices, agreements, emails, messages, and refund requests, and are now trying to hold the company accountable through the proper legal process.
Please do reach out if you are willing to coordinate. The more documented cases there are, the stronger the case becomes.
