I booked a shipment from Kolkata to Shajapur through Delivery Direct and paid ₹366 for express delivery. The promised delivery date shown in tracking was 16 March 2026 (evening). However, the delivery date was later changed to 18 March 2026.
Since I paid extra specifically for express delivery, the delay means the promised service was not provided. My shipment AWB number is[protected].
