I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the unsatisfactory service I’ve experienced with your platform regarding a recent job listing I posted.
Despite the expectations set by your service, the candidates received through WorkIndia have been largely inappropriate — in many cases:
They are not from the preferred location specified in the job criteria,
They expect significantly higher salaries than the job offers, and
Most candidates do not respond at all after applying.
I have reached out to your candidate support team several times, but the responses have either been vague or entirely unhelpful. This has led to a frustrating experience and has cost me both valuable time and money.
