Den Montu Shah Cable Network — Changing location for tv

I have called many times den montoo shah cable network office in new mahavir nagar and when ever i called them to tell yhem i want to change my tv from one room to another room they said we will send someone in 30 min and they said the same thing to me when dver i called after every hour they said the same thing and when i asked the representative to give me ur name they refused and hung me again i called next day same thing they dont even care to talk and when i explained them the same thing again the said the same thing and hung up
