[Resolved]  Deobazaar.com — Freebie Not Received - False Publicity

This is to bring in your notice that I saw an Freebie advetisement of Deobazaar.com on FREEKAAMAAL.COM where terms & condition mentioned in the advertisement is that BUY ONE BRANDED DEO GET ANOTHER FREE. I have Ordered one Park Avenue Combo of 4 Seasons Perfume & Storm Deodorant on 29th Sept'14 & My order no. is bd7515. While Ordering i applied Coupon code of Buy One Get one & Coupon code applied successfully at that time & payment of Rs 376 has been made through Net Banking. At the same time I received Successful Order Confirmation on my email ID [protected]@gmail.com where my Product which was ordered & another free Deo was mentioned. On 29th Sept I received my Order through RED EXPRESS courier where i found that Freebie (Free Deo) was not delivered to me alongwith my Order. I has a talk to Deobazaar representative where they said that this Coupon is not applicable on my Order although the same coupon has been successfully applied at the time of Ordering & free Deo was also mentioned when i received Order Confirmation on my Email. This is request you to please take Serious action against them & solve my Complaint as soon as possible. Thanking you in Advance.
