Deobazaar Internet Commerce — No delivery of the product

I made the payment via my Credit card. The payment of Rs. 3298/- was successful. The order was also successfully placed. I even got an email confirmation for my payment as well as for my order. It has been 20+ days already and whenever I track my order, it shows that the order is still under process and has not yet been shipped.

Last week I have received email from them saying "There is delay in shipping the product" but not sure about the reasons.

I tried connecting with their customer support no response...

Kindly take an action and do the needful.
