Deobazaar Internet Commerce — non delivery of order

I'm from hyderabad. On 11 th october, i've placed a prepaid order (Order no [protected]) for swarzkopf gliss marrakesh coconut oil shampoo (2 units - rs 832/-) and bio care papaya gel. (Rs 224/-)
I've received gel on 18 th october but the shampoo was not delivered. I've been trying to contact the team about the same but there's no response through email and the phone call was not answered.
I've checked order details in my account of the same website but it shows details of the gel only. I dont know if the shampoo was intentionally deleted from the order after the payment. I shall post the bill that i received after the payment.
Please sort the issue and help others from this kind of cheating. I would like a refund if they are unable to send the shampoo.

I had ordered English blazer black perfume (Order number : [protected] ) Order Date: 10/13/2017 10:07:18 but it is not yet shipped, even 13 days after placing the order. Tried to contact customer care via email provided on website but got no response till now. I still got marketing email with y'all claims but looks like this is a complete fraud company. This was my first experience with deobazaar and indeed a very bad one.

Sir, i 've registered a complaint - 1746126, regarding my prepaid order for swarzkopf gliss marrakesh coconut oil shampoo (2units) worth rs 832/.
This is so ridiculous that you do not attend the phone calls deliberately and do not respond to emails.
I would like a refund of the amount as soon as possible since you are unable to provide the product.
I shall tell all my associates of the cheating that is done by your company and see that none shall fall prey to your fraud. I am also looking forward to approaching the cyber crime branch about your fraud. I've gone through several other complaints which are innocent customers like me and have been made fools by you.
I shall not keep quiet but definitely get to the bottom of this.

1 week passed but still order is not dispatched.
And there is no response by deobazaar on call, whats app & email.
I loosing faith in this company & company is not customer friendly.
Fear of loosing my money forevere.
