Deobazaar Internet Commerce — Order not delivered already been 10 days

I had ordered a perfume on 21st april, order number - [protected], which has still not been delivered. Now it's been more than 10 days though i stay in delhi itself. I can't even track my order because your website says that the order number is incorrect?! Seriously??? Do you really want me to send you a proof of the conformation? You have no customer representative to whom i can reach out my complaints!! I would consider this a case of cheating!!! Kindly look into the matter and refund my money or else i'll have to take an action.
