I had ordered davidoff cool water combo pack quantity two order no [protected] on 30.04 2017 at a unit price of rs. 1999. I paid rs. 3998 through credit card. Only one pack was delivered on 10 may 2017. Inspite of repeated calls on the helpline number and emails there has been no reply. The complaint numbers are 311122 and 311131. There is reply in 4-8 hrs as the site claims. No calls even after 2 days.
