Deobazaar — The order has not been processed since 12 days

this is a prepaid order of rs 806

at the time of order booking the delivery date was given as 22 feb 2022

but even till today i.e. 26 feb2022 the order hasn't been process...
wrote a mail on their id [protected]@deobazaar.com, got an auto generated complaint number - 326058 but no response after that.

their number listed on the site[protected] is also not active.

please suggest a solution to get the products or the refund
