Department Of Post Bank — DOPBNK Message

Dear Officer,

I have received a message from DOP Bank stating that INR 14811 has been debited from my account.
Date of incident: 16-Jul, 2021
Description: INR 14811 has been debited from my account and balance remaining is INR 0

I have no account in the Department of Post Bank, did not even know it existed. I have enrolled my contact number in this bank.

Please look into this and ensure that I do not receive such messages and that my number is not used for these activities.
