Department Of Posts (dopbnk) — Unknown DOPBNK account credit SMS received on my mobile number

I received an SMS from DOPBNK stating that Account No. XXXXXXXX4523 was credited with Rs. 1000 on[protected] and showing a balance of Rs. 1690. I do not recognize this account and I am not aware of this transaction. I request you to verify why this SMS was sent to my mobile number and confirm whether my mobile number has been incorrectly linked to any Post Office account. Please take the necessary action and remove my mobile number from any account that does not belong to me.
