Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Haryana — Non receipt of old age pension

My old age pension was issued by the above department on 22 march, 2017 vide their office letter no. 6166. My name is ravinder |kumar jain and my i. D. No. Is 6000046. It was transfer in my bank account also. But the bank says that it is not transfer by the deptt. The bank say me go to social justice and empowerment deptt. And the above department says go to bank we have already send your pension in bank account. Sir, i am a senior citizen and this is not good for me. Please do the needful in this matter.
