Dear sir/Madam
It is my request to you that please issue my certificate. I had received approval msg regarding my diploma certificate on may 2022. When I downloaded my certificate through seva sindhu website it is not my certificate but it is the letter regarding uploaded 5th sem marks cards are duplicate but I uploaded all 5th sem original marks cards. After that notification once again I uploaded all 5th sem marks cards but still that letter is delivered as certificate.
Please either issue my diploma certificate or else reject it so that once again I can reapply for it. Or is it possible to reapply for diploma certificate without deletion or rejection of first application? Please give response to me.
