Hi team, I have purchased ptron bassbudsduo headphone on amazon on aug/8/2022 and I faced some problems in the headphone and I contacted ptron and they gave me a service centre location and I visited and gave my defective product for service on Nov/23/2022 and they said to wait for 30days for replacement process and I have accepted they called me after four days your product is now ready and collect from service centre then I went to service centre directly and received the product and checked still there is a problem with replacement product and I showed the issue they have said ok sir we will check and tell you in few days and again 1 week after they called me and said now your product is ready then today I went directly they gave and again the same issue is there and I asked politely why sir I have already come for 2 times they not response correctly they said why you purchased this product again they asked time for few days and please give me the solution for this issue.
