This is to register a complaint against desai developers based of kochi [desai homes] i bought a flat in dd golden gate from mr. Binoy t who was the first owner of my flat on 20.01.2015 as per his data the hand over of the flat was in 2012 which was delayed by builder. The first party mr. Binoy never used the flat and it was kept closed as it is how it was handed over. So when we bough it, it was as same as new for occupancy. Now its almost three years we completed here and the condition of the flat is very worst - the walls plastering is going off on daily basis make it a big spot and in few patches we can even see the bricks, steel iron etc. Funny thing is, just a small pinch/touch or push will make the entire plastering go off. Which mean no proper mix of cement and sand was used at the time of construction. Now this has come worst that daily this is getting worst that i am bound to do the repair/ re-plastering and painting which i was given an estimate of 80, 000 to 100, 000. I had spend my life long money to buy this flat and still paying the balance amt as loan and such a reputed company like dd cannot even give a proper living for their clients?
So i would like to get a compensation if i am doing it else they will have to do the re-plastering for me.
