On 3rd Nov 20 at around 8 to 8.15 pm I visited Desai Gas station to fill gas in my car. Most of the staff were not wearing mask. So I kept distance from them. For payment I insisted on paying by contactless Debit card. But the staff adamantly and rudely insisted that I have to hand over the card to him only. There was no supervisor or some senior whom I can complaint. Other staff also insisted that I should handover the card to the attendant.
At last as I had no recourse, I had to go near staff who was without mask and handover the card. He knew that it was contact less card as he operated by tapping only. Because I had to handover the card, I was forced to see whether it was done once only.
Proper training in use of card and customer interaction is required. Was this information helpful? |
