Manufacturer of solar panel from Nashik, named as Deshmukh Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. I purchased solar water heater which is having 5 years warranty. Which is not working properly as per standard and commitment given by Mr. Lokhande and technical Mrs. Sneha for testing of solar water heater they charged Rs. 3000/- by cash without receipt. After testing it found not working as per standard and commitment. As per there warranty and commitment they should give a replacement, but now they were refusing to replace it.
Similarly about solar electricity they provided the faulty invertor but not ready to accept it. Was this information helpful? |
