I am writing to lodge a formal consumer complaint against "Designer Dresses Update 21" for cheating customers through misleading orders and deliberate delays. On 08 Jan 2026, I placed an order for 3 dresses via their WhatsApp number [9875124850 & 6355216050]. Before confirming the order, I clearly specified the sizes for all three dresses in our chat. However, upon delivery, the sizes were completely different from what I had requested.
When I contacted them immediately for an exchange, they assured me it would be arranged. It has now been over one month, and they have been playing games with me - no response on WhatsApp or chat, despite my repeated follow-ups. This is not an isolated incident; they are cheating customers like this on a regular basis.
I demand: Immediate exchange of the dresses for the correct sizes, or a full refund including shipping costs.
Compensation for the delay and harassment. Please investigate this matter urgently and take strict action against this fraudulent seller.
