Kindly help I ordered Peach Heavy Thread Work Anarkali and Pant With Net Dupatta but when I received there were 2 of the worst quality saree. Also when I tried to mail them they bounced back and it's showing the mail address doesn't exist. please help to refund my money.

A fraud named Pramod Rathore called me and said he is calling from Noida Delhi Crime Branch. He told me that I have reported a complaint in the consumer forum that's why he is calling me. He send me a Bar code and asked me to send some codes. First, he said from this code money will not deduct. then send me a contact to send money. And he manipulated me and convinced me to pay 1985 rupee first then 1250 rupee then. I am sending here his number and also the bar code he sent to me. Please don't scan the bar code.
I want all my money back as soon as possible. Please help me.
