I am facing same problem I hd ordered whiter churidar 3piece cotton bt received lehenga choli pink color net work.i want my money bck o same product which I ordered. I tried to mail bt it comes failure address not found.

Kindly help I also ordered the Anarkali suit but got the cheap saree material. I also applied for the refund but it bounce back . Also the person who calls me n confirm my order now her phone came switched off

Recently placed an order of an anarkali suit and got 2 cheap torn and discoloured sarees. Sarcastically their 24/7 customer service is unavailable. Mailed my grievances at their so called official supportdesignerdepot.in but to no avail. Called the lady who confirmed my order but seever is unreachable.Totally disappointed at their horrible service. Never make the mistake of ordering any product from this fraud website. This is how they cheat and disrespect customers. Boo to them and curse them from my heart that they never may prosper with those money they got by cheating the innocent customers who just thought to help them expand their business by buying their products.

I hope court wil punish these people correctly.

I have ordered on 28th April (Maitri jaipur Blue Voil Gota Patti Anarkali Kurta With Sharara And Dupatta (Set of 3) × 1) and got 2 cheap attached torn and discoloured sarees.I called the lady who confirmed my order but now she has blocked my number. Really disappointed I want my money back. I am going to file a case of fraud . That person will be jailed and won't be able to do any kind of business in future . I just can't believe there are so many cheap people in the world. I hope the court will punish these people correctly.
Now the website is also not available and not working. they are all fraud but how we will reach them.
Pls help, I want my money back.
