I am writing to file a complaint regarding a purchase of Computer Monitor priced Rs. 6608, made via bank transfer on 22nd October from an online retailer (DesktopBazar). I received a confirmation and was assured by the seller that the item would be shipped within 3-4 days.

After repeated follow-ups via call and messages for more than 50 times, the seller finally created a shipment through Shiprocket on 1st November, scheduled for pickup by Xpressbees on 4th November. However, as of now, the item has not been picked up, and Xpressbees confirmed they were unable to reach the seller. Furthermore, the seller has now blocked my contact number, making it impossible for me to communicate further.

I request your immediate assistance in either expediting the shipment or processing a full refund, as the seller has failed to fulfill the order despite numerous calls and assurances.
